This fried-chicken joint is another Seattle fave for talk-show queen Oprah. In fact, she had Ezell’s flown to Chicago for her birthday party. When tech guru Bill Gates lived in Seattle, he frequented this local burger chainlet, known for its good old-fashioned burgers and hand-cut fries. To get a true taste of Seattle flavor, don’t miss the pho—a classic Vietnamese noodle soup.
